Eligibility and the amount of support is handled discretely on a case-by-case basis. Proof of DD214 discharge papers, financials, and a respectful interview process is conducted with care. Nominee interview results are reviewed with the RAV board and awards are granted. Awards can range from discounts to a full roof replacement at no cost.
